Lancaster Organic Growers
This week Justin is bringing the following:
Vegetables, Organic: Beets, Baby Bok Choy, Broccoli, Cabbage, Cauliflower, Cilantro,
Dandelion, Eggplant, Garlic (Hard neck), Kale, Leeks, Lettuce, Mustard Greens, Onions,
Peppers (Sweet, Jalapeño), New Potatoes, Radishes (Black or Watermelon), Rhubarb,
Shallots, Scallions, Winter Squash, Tomatoes (limited time), Turnips, Herbs (Mint,
Chives, Parsley, Rosemary), and Popcorn. Kale Chips made from Justin’s kale (regular,
sunny, Italian, and hot).
Fruit: From Northern Lancaster County Brecknock or Kauffman’s Orchards (low spray)
fresh Apples, Raspberries, and Pears.
Limited time—Peach and Apple fruit butter.
Apple Cider from Kauffman’s Orchard
Dairy: Organic Cheese (some may be limited); Organic Yogurt (plain, vanilla); Butter;
You must pre-order Organic Raw Milk by Wednesday for Saturday.
Other: Eggs (pastured, GMO free and soy free); Local Raw Honey; Brenneman’s maple
syrup (grad B dark rich color and taste) from Salisbury, PA.
Also at Justin’s stand: Old World Soups from Anna Karenna’s Kitchen https:// — marrying heritage recipes with local ingredients. (Frozen) —
Fire Roasted Tomato and Pepper Bisque (with Justin’s Heirloom Tomatoes); Russian Red
Borsch (Lone Star Farm pastured beef); Split Pea & Bacon (Center Hill Farm Heritage
Pork); Siberian Chicken Noodle (Fresh Market Organic white meat); and Apple Squash
(squash, onions, cream, olive oil, and spices).

Pasture Song Farm
This week Pasture Song Farm will be bringing Pork: bacon, sausages (smoked, Italian,
breakfast, chorizo, kielbasa, bratwurst, fresh), tenderloins, spare ribs, Canadian bacon, shoulder roasts, fresh ham roasts and ham slices. They also will bring sustainably grown garlic and organic pumpkins/gourds. In addition, they will be bringing Seven Stars Farm ground beef,chipsteak, & patties.

Fifth of a Farm
Among the jams and jellies this returning vendor is bringing are: Blue Bell Hill Berry Jam,
Harrowgate Peach Jam, Rittenhouse Red Pepper Jelly, Port Richmond Grape Jelly, Strawberry Mansion Jam, Queen Village Quince Jam and a new addition, Apple Butter. They have a new recipe for the Manayunk Saskatoon Berry Jam. They also have seasonal jams and jellies as well as gift baskets.

Slow Rise Bakery
The following Slow Rise breads and baked goods will be available at the Friends of Pretzel Park table:
Fresh-baked Bread: 100% whole wheat, sprouted wheat, raisin, multigrain, spelt, sourdough, Miche, and baguette. Loaves $5 each, Baguettes $3 each.
Baked Goods: four seed cookies, peanut butter/chocolate chip flourless cookies, chocolate
crumb cookies, honey crisp, lavosh, and granola.
Cash only.

Bees and Buttercups
This returning vendor will be bringing professionally-handcrafted jewelry and accessories for the modern, free-spirited woman so that she can effortlessly transition between weekday and weekend feeling inspired.

Black Cat Clothiers
Victoria Mier, a Philadelphia area native living right near Pretzel Park, created a one-woman
shop focusing on high-quality vintage clothing this year. She scours shops, estate sales and
private collections all over the region to curate a collection of clothing for the discerning woman who values the stories and magic of vintage garments.
This week, Black Cat Clothiers is ready to outfit you for the upcoming season — 1950s fox fur coats, 1970s bohemian maxi dresses perfect for transitioning seasons and lots of vintage longsleeved dresses to make this your best Autumn yet.

Jacqueline Schneider Art
Jacqueline Schneider is a local artist from East Falls who creates original artwork and handmade crafts. Her training as a scientist and passion for biology and anatomy are apparent in her paintings, which are frequently feature non-traditional representations of anatomical form and function. Jacqueline uses parts of the body and vibrant colors to convey some of life’s lessons, including the most beautiful and most challenging moments. In Jacqueline’s handmade crafts, you will find similar anatomically-inspired pieces, as well as those inspired by the time she spent in India.
She will be bringing paintings, candles and earrings…and possibly hand-knit scarves.

Celebrate the fall season with us in Pretzel Park at our Harvest Fest in Pretzel Park! Bring your family and friends for seasonal activities including pumpkin carving, a scarecrow contest, and all things fall! When you’re not grabbing a bite to eat from the selection of food trucks and vendors on Silverwood Street, relax in the park and listen to live music from local artists. Be sure to also check out the specials happening down on Main Street from Manayunk restaurants and retailers!
