A Reverence for Rain (5.2%) –  9 month white wine barrel aged golden sour ale, brewed with Pilsner and Munich malts from Double Eagle Malt House (Huntingdon Valley, PA) and raw wheat from Silver Maple Farms (Cochranville, PA). Dry hopped with Mosaic hops. A puckering acidity reminiscent of fresh squeezed grapefruit juice, with leading notes of lychee and pineapple.

Ana-Khronos (5.1%) – modern saison brewed with floor malted spelt and Pilsner malts. Fermented with a blend of our favorite saison strains from bootleg biology.

Levain (4.8%) – mixed culture fermented sour beer brewed with sourdough and whole grain breads from Big Sky Bread (Wilmington, DE) and floor malted pilsner and rye malts from Deer Creek Malthouse (Glen Mills, PA). Bread contributes a touch of salinity, a soft full texture, and toasty background flavors to the ale.

Nebulae, peach (4.2%) – mixed culture Berliner Weisse conditioned with freshly pressed peaches.
