Levain (4.8%) – mixed culture fermented sour beer brewed with sourdough and whole grain breads from Big Sky Bread (Wilmington, DE) and floor malted pilsner and rye malts from Deer Creek Malthouse (Glen Mills, PA). Bread contributes a touch of salinity, a soft full texture, and toasty background flavors to the ale.

Enodia (8.2%) – Dark IPA brewed with pale, Vienna, and roasted malts from Double Eagle Malt. Dry hopped with Centennial, Cascade, and Chinook from two PA hop growers.

A Reverence for Rain (5.2%) – 9 month white wine barrel aged golden sour ale, brewed with Pilsner and Munich malts from Double Eagle Malt House (Huntingdon Valley, PA) and raw wheat from Silver Maple Farms (Cochranville, PA). Dry hopped with Mosaic hops. A puckering acidity reminiscent of fresh squeezed grapefruit juice, with leading notes of lychee and pineapple.

Nekyia (9.8%) – Winter super saison, brewed with floor malted Pilsner, rye, and Dutch malts from Deer Creek Malthouse. Conditioned with smoked chilis, turmeric, and citrus leaves.
