1. Lancaster Organic Growers
This week Justin is bringing the following:
Vegetables, Organic: Beets, Broccoli, Cabbage, Cauliflower, Cilantro, Collards, Dandelion,
Garlic (Hard neck), Kale, Leeks, Lettuce, Mustard Greens, Onions, Peppers (Sweet), Potatoes, Radishes (Black or Watermelon), Rhubarb, Shallots, Spinach, Winter Squash, Turnips, Herbs (Mint, Chives, Parsley, Rosemary), and Popcorn. Kale Chips made from Justin’s kale (regular, sunny, Italian, and hot).
Fruit: NEW From Oyler’s Organic Orchard: Organic Apples, Cider, and Applesauce. From
Lancaster County: Brecknock or Kauffman’s Orchards (low spray) fresh Apples, Raspberries,and Pears.
Peach and Apple fruit butter.
Apple Cider from Kauffman’s Orchard and NEW Oyler’s Organic
Dairy: Organic Cheese (some may be limited); Organic Yogurt ; Butter; You must pre-order Organic Raw Milk by Wednesday for Saturday.
Other: Eggs (pastured, GMO free and soy free); Local Raw Honey; limited supply Brenneman’s maple syrup (grad B dark rich color and taste) from Salisbury, PA.
Also at Justin’s stand: Old World Soups from Anna Karenna’s Kitchen https://
oldworldsoups.com/ — marrying heritage recipes with local ingredients. (Frozen) —Cream of Heirloom Tomato (with Justin’s Heirloom Tomatoes); Russian Red Borsch (Lone Star Farm pastured beef); Split Pea & Bacon (Center Hill Farm Heritage Pork); Siberian Chicken Noodle (Fresh Market Organic white meat); and Apple Squash (squash, onions, cream, olive oil, and spices). Newest Soups: Autumn Squash, Burgundy Wine Sausage Lentil, Autumn Kale and Quinoa.

2. Pasture Song Farm
This week Pasture Song Farm will be bringing Pork: bacon, sausages (smoked, Italian,
breakfast, chorizo, kielbasa, bratwurst, fresh), tenderloins, spare ribs, Canadian bacon, shoulder roasts, fresh ham roasts and ham slices. They also will bring sustainably grown garlic and organic pumpkins/gourds. In addition, they will be bringing Seven Stars Farm ground beef, chipsteak, & patties.

3. Slow Rise Bakery
The following Slow Rise breads and baked goods will be available at the Friends of Pretzel Park table:
Fresh-baked Bread: 100% whole wheat, sprouted wheat, raisin, multigrain, spelt, sourdough, Miche, and baguette. Loaves $5 each, Baguettes $3 each.
Baked Goods: four seed cookies, peanut butter/chocolate chip flourless cookies, honey crisp, and granola.
Cash only.

4. Smokin’ Tacos Food Truck
Smokin’ Tacos Food Truck features a fusion of Southern Barbecue and Tex-Mex cuisine. All of their meat is brined, rubbed and smoked in their on board smoker, low and slow. They offer a rotating menu of delectable savory treats.

5. The Spicy Belly Tent
The Spicy Belly opened in January of 2017 by brothers, Owner Jason and Chef Jimmy Mills, in the Philadelphia neighborhood of Wissahickon, next to Manayunk. The Spicy Belly is a cultural fusion between traditional and contemporary Jamaican and Korean dishes. They most likely will be serving jerk chicken tacos, Korean tacos, and jerk chicken dumplings.

6. A Piece of Positivity Studios
Carlee Myers, the Owner and Founder of A Piece of Positivity Studios. She is an expert at
helping women who are unhappy at work (and beyond) get their mojo back and make adulting fun. Carlee has worked with many individuals to create environments that inspire and motivate them to live a life true to themselves and to help them gain clarity about what they want to create for themselves in the first place. Before founding APOP Studios, Carlee earned her BFA in Curatorial Studies and Fine Art and worked as an artist, curator and arts administrator for a number of years. She has exhibited across the U.S. and has received prestigious awards such as the Fob Fellowship at Second State Press in Philadelphia, PA.
This week Carlee will be bringing artwork, magnets and wooden signs.

7. Bees and Buttercups
Laura Scott will be bringing professionally-handcrafted jewelry, plush pillows and cozy throw
blankets for the modern, free-spirited woman so that she can effortlessly transition between
weekday and weekend feeling inspired.

8. Black Cat Clothiers
Victoria Mier, a Philadelphia area native living right near Pretzel Park, created a one-woman
shop focusing on high-quality vintage clothing this year. She scours shops, estate sales and
private collections all over the region to curate a collection of clothing for the discerning woman who values the stories and magic of vintage garments.
This week, Black Cat Clothiers is ready to outfit you for the upcoming season — 1950s fox fur coats, 1970s bohemian maxi dresses perfect for transitioning seasons and lots of vintage longsleeved dresses to make this your best Autumn yet.

9. Tilted Haggis Soap Company
Donna makes all natural, all vegetable, very good handmade soap. In addition to soap, there will be lotions, massage oils, scrubs, bath bombs, room sprays, and bug repellant.
