A student of Berklee College of Music, she has performed for numerous different events, including weddings, receptions, banquets, expositions, corporate, funerals, etc.  Sadie played at the market back in May.

If you prefer, some vendors are accepting pre-orders for market pickup — allowing you to get in and out quickly so you can enjoy the rest of your day. How To Place An Order: use the link below the vendor’s name if you are pre-ordering and note pre-order deadlines (pre-ordering is encouraged where available). **If someone else is picking up your orders, please let the vendors know the pickup person‘s full name. Succession Fermentory produces sour and farmhouse ales using locally grown and sourced ingredients. They will be bringing the following beers:
 
A Reverence for Rain (5.2%) –  9 month white wine barrel aged golden sour ale, brewed with Pilsner and Munich malts from Double Eagle Malt House (Huntingdon Valley, PA) and raw wheat from Silver Maple Farms (Cochranville, PA). Dry hopped with Mosaic hops. A puckering acidity reminiscent of fresh squeezed grapefruit juice, with leading notes of lychee and pineapple.
 
Ana-Khronos (5.1%) – modern saison brewed with floor malted spelt and Pilsner malts. Fermented with a blend of our favorite saison strains from bootleg biology.
 
Nebulae, peach (4.2%) – mixed culture Berliner Weisse conditioned with freshly pressed peaches.
 
Piedmont (4.5%) – American pale ale brewed with floor malted barley, wheat and oat malts. Dry hopped with centennial and chinook.
 
Sheaf & Shield IV, Rye Kellerbier (5.1%): served unclarified and naturally conditioned. Dry hopped with Triumph. Rustic maltiness with hints of straw, spice, and subtle citrus.
 
Sheaf & Shield V (4.8%) – decoction mashed Pilsner dry hopped with Loral hops.
 
*Working Class Coffee

They will be bringing freshly-roasted bagged coffee by the pound and half pound. If you like a REAL dark roast The Guatemala Dark roast is for you.  They roast beans from the Huehuetenago region as fully as possible bringing out deep and robust flavor with maximum oil extraction. *Possible flavor profile: Raw honey and baking chocolate.

Scarlett is a local artist/photographer who specializes in wet plate photography, which was most popular during the Civil War era. She basically takes a photo on a piece of metal and it lasts forever!  Scarlett can set up her camera/darkroom as she is able to shoot and develop all outdoors. She will be selling 4”x5” portraits.

Pale40 Wax is back and will have its favorite and best selling hand crafted, small-batch, soy-based candles for Saturday’s market.  Quilted Jars $8 a pop. Two for $15. Back Frosted $15 a pop.
