Music at the Market
11:00am-1:00pm Sadie Jones Alden is a harpist and pianist based out of South Jersey/Philadelphia, and has been a practicing musician for over 20 years. A student of Berklee College of Music, she has performed for numerous different events, including weddings, receptions, banquets, expositions, corporate, funerals, etc. In addition, she played at the market in the past.

Succession Fermentory produces sour and farmhouse ales using locally grown and sourced ingredients. They will be bringing the following beers:
 
Gaudium (4.9%) – Tart Farmhouse Wheat Ale brewed with @deercreekmalt Pilsner malt, pale oats, and raw wheat from our neighbors. Locally grown Trifoliate orange, coriander and ginger were added to the Koelschip, imparting the beer with notes of citrus and spice.
 
Baiya (4.8%) – American wild ale brewed with 30% honey from stellalou farm as a source of fermentable sugars. Conditioned with foraged wild chamomile and cultivated German chamomile, also from the farm. The finished beer was blended with a portion of our last batch of millefleur, featuring lemon balm, anise hyssop and rakau hops. This lively and dynamic ale leads with expressions of pineapple and tropical fruit and finishes with a gentle and refreshing citrus acidity.
