A family-owned, small farm focused on natural growing methods. They will be bringing arugula, bok choy, radish, cucumber, zucchini, tomatoes, peppers, sweet potatoes, eggplant, okra, garlic & onions as well as eggs from pasture raised chickens & local honey.
A Philadelphia-based farmer, Maria grows & sells produce, seedlings, fruit, herbs, flowers & makes crafted goods (handmade soaps, artwork & dog beds).
They will be bringing handmade frozen ravioli, pasta sauces, pestos, & meatballs. September special: Muffuletta Ravioli and Olive Pesto.
Spotted Horse will be in the house with our sauces Tomato Basil, Tyler’s Marinara, Capers & Olives, Spicy Smokey, Roasted Garlic, and Roasted Tomato Za’atar. We will have our zero-waste vinegars & shrubs including our magic trick Hot to Trot Zero-Waste Vinegar and our favorite end-of-summer dressing Carrot Dill Zero-Waste Vinegar. Lastly, our pickled vegetables are restocking fast as it’s pickling season! We have our Garlic Scape Buds, Golden Beets, Jalapeños, Eggplant (Amanda’s personal favorite), Nana’s Dilly Beans, and more.
