Crawford Organics
The farm has been growing organic produce since 1998. Since 2002 they partner with Paradise Organics, and between the two farms, offer a full line of fresh organic vegetables to wholesale markets. In 2008 and 2009, they attended a farmer’s market in Philadelphia. They merged with Wimer’s Organics CSA in 2016.

Among their crops this week are: Basil, Beets, Broccoli, Cabbage, Carrots, Cauliflower, Celery, Chard, Cilantro, Collards, Cucumber, Dandelion, Eggplant, Fennel, Garlic Scapes, Herbs, Kale, Kohlrabi, Leeks, Lettuce, Onions, Parsley, Sugar Snap Peas, Snow Peas, Potatoes, Radishes, Rhubarb, Spinach, Salad Mix, Zucchini, Cherry Tomatoes, Red Tomatoes, Sweet Potatoes, Dried Beans, Popcorn. May have raspberries.

They also will have available eggs, grass-fed cheese, yogurt, grass-fed raw milk, and raw honey.

If you are interested in apple cider and maple syrup, they are coming in the fall.

Tim Bellew is a caterer, a cook, and a consultant in the food industry. He will be offering: Granola, Free Trade Coffee, Turkey sloppy joes, Roasted vegetable, edamame and feta hand pies, Raspberry scones, Herb teas, Gluten free black bottom cup cakes, Carrot cup cakes, Cookies, Gluten free brownies.
Stephanie will be bringing Nana’s oatmeal, peanut butter, and chocolate chip
cookies. This week look for peach pie, shiitake corn tart, blueberry crumb
cakes, and a flourless chocolate cake. In addition, Stephanie will have the
usual flatbreads, Earl Grey Crisps, and Buddy Biscuits for dogs and their
people.

Fifth of a Farm
Fifth of a Farm Creations is a family owned and operated business located in Philadelphia, PA. All of their jams and jellies are hand crafted in small batches using all natural ingredients.

Their products include: Blue Bell Hill Berry Jam, Harrogate Peach Jam, Parkside Prickly Pear Jelly, Rittenhousetown Red Pepper Jelly, Port Richmond Grape Jelly, Strawberry Mansion Jam, Haddington Raspberry Jam, Trenton Avenue Mint Jelly, Fairmount Cherry Jam, Germantown Grapefruit Marmalade, and Walnut Hill Orange Marmalade.

Their products made with Agave are: North 33rd St Strawberry Jam, Walnut Lane Blueberry Jam, and East Russell St Peach Jam.

Their seasonal products available now are: Francisville Fig Jam, Byberry-Somerton Rhubarb Jam, Logan Lime Marmalade, Bella Vista Apple Butter, and Swampoodle Cran-Apple Chutney.

They also offer the following gift baskets: Baker Bowl-ful of Jelly—one jar of jam or jelly in an attractive cereal bowl; Manayunk Mug-ful of Jelly—one jar of jam or jelly in an attractive mug; Woodside Park Gift Basket—includes 2 jams/jellies, peanut butter, gourmet crackers, and a stuffed animal; Schuylkill Expressway Jam Basket—2 jars of jam or jelly, and an assortment of gourmet food products in a beautiful basket wrapped in ribbon; Roosevelt Blvd Jam Basket—3 jars of jam or jelly, and an assortment of gourmet food products in a beautiful basket wrapped inribbon; and Franklin Square Box—3 mini jams (2 oz) in a clear square box tied with a festive bow.

Liberty Plants
Liberty Plants will be bringing tomato, pepper plants and cucumber plants. They also will bring sunflowers and maybe some zinnias and dahlias.
Kids Theater Day in Pretzel Park 11am to 2pm.
Manyunk Theater Company Presents “Kids Theater Day in Pretzel Park”
Teaching Artists from Manayunk Theatre Company offer storytelling and theatre games to children of all ages from 11 to 2. This program is free, and open to all who want to attend.
Shakespeare In The Park 7pm
Not really a farmers market event, but stick around for Manayunk Theater Company presents Shakespeare’s Love’s Labour’s Lost, in Pretzel Park, Saturday evening at 7pm June 25, 2016

Cheesecakes in jars are great for birthday parties, wedding favors, gifts, or special treats for your special person…. They are delicious! And, don’t forget the free sample at the market to help you decide which flavor you want to buy!

Joe Tayoun Drum Circle at 10am to 2pm.
A selection of drums from around the World will be provided, on a first come – first served basis (The “dibs” system prevails). Picture a pickup truck full of drums… that many. If you prefer you’re own, we insist you bring them. And bring your other one for someone else to use.

Chard and Drums and Life Altering Oatmeal Cookies! Come out, bring a blanket and have a picnic, join your friends and neighbors for a day at the park.

The Drum Circle will be back every third Saturday of the month.

You know her from our vendor Tim Bellew Food. She was a pastry chef at Friday, Saturday and Sunday for over 13 years and the chef/owner of Sweetie’s Pie Diner.

Orders placed by Thursday at 8:00 p.m. are available for Saturday pick-up at the Pretzel Park Farmer’s Market (10am-2pm). All orders must be pre-paid.

Stephanie focuses on simple, home-style, delicious pies—both sweet and savory—cakes, cookies and crackers. All made from certified organic and grass-fed dairy products and certified organic free range eggs, organic flour and evaporated cane juice sweetener.

Fifth of a Farm Creations
Jams and jellies hand crafted in small batches using all natural ingredients. Some of their jams and jellies are: Blue Bell Hill Berry Jam, Harrogate Peach Jam, Rittenhouse Red Pepper Jelly, Port Richmond Grape Jelly and Strawberry Mansion Jam. They also have seasonal jams and jellies as well as gift baskets.
The Baker’s Jar
The Baker’s Jar is the brainchild of Avery Goldman who opened the bakery in 2014. She puts a new spin on classic desserts with uncompromising attention to taste and presentation. They have cakes, pies and puddings in mason jars, as well as cookies. Among some of the choices are: lemon pie, ooey gooey chocolate cake, carrot cake and happy birthday cake.
Bowerbird Garden
Kimberly Campanaro from Bowerbird Garden creates unique planted designs by combining re-purposed or up-cycled objects with artfully arranged and carefully selected succulents, tropical, perennials and annuals.
Bowerbird Garden also sources and creates custom-designed orders for all events and special occasions.
