They will have Portobello, Crimini, Shiitake, Maitake, King Oyster, Pioppino, Pom Pom (Lion’s Mane), Gray Oyster, and Yellow Oyster mushrooms. They also may get some wild mushrooms from time to time including Morels and Chanterelles.

He shapes by hand and follows artisan standards for ingredients, slow dough development and labeling. His breads contain a high percentage of fiber providing a fiber/carbohydrate ratio that is healthier than commercial bread and most of his breads do not contain oil which many bakeries use to mask their lack of flavor and keeping qualities.
Slow Rise breads and baked goods will be available at the Friends of Pretzel Park table.
