Kennett Square Specialties is located in the heart of Kennett Square, The Mushroom Capitol of the World. They will have Portobello, Crimini, Shiitake, Maitake, King Oyster, Pioppino, Pom Pom (Lion’s Mane), Gray Oyster, and Yellow Oyster mushrooms. They also will have dried mushrooms, mushroom teas, and mushroom jerky. In addition they also may get some wild mushrooms from time to time including Morels and Chanterelles.

Melvin Fisher will be bringing meat, poultry and eggs from the farm. He also will have Alpine Heritage Creamery’s cheese made from raw grass-fed milk, aged a minimum of 60 days — Sharp, Smoked, and Mild Cheddar, Pepper Jack, Colby, and Swiss.

Pilgrim Roasters is a coffee roastery and cafe which meticulously and ethically sources coffee beans from some of the best coffee farms on earth and carefully roasts them in small batches for optimal flavor. They will have packaged coffee and tea for sale as well as accessories.
Slow Rise Bakery
Lancaster, PA
Brian Hernon is the baker at Slow Rise Bakery in Lancaster, PA. He uses as many organic ingredients as is practical and no preservatives. He shapes by hand and follows artisan standards for ingredients, slow dough development and labeling. His breads contain a high percentage of fiber providing a fiber/carbohydrate ratio that is healthier than commercial bread and most of his breads do not contain oil which many bakeries use to mask their lack of flavor and keeping qualities.

Slow Rise breads and baked goods will be available at the Friends of Pretzel Park table.
